Project I: NH Development Contracting

I-4 Humanitad provides complete NH roadway construction and development. With the latest technology and skilled professionals, we accurately and quickly build roads with the highest standards.

We approach every NH development contract with a commitment towards uncompromised standards and top notch safety measures that promotes smooth traveling/transportation and is safe enough to save lives, prevent injuries, bring down traffic-related health hazards and reduce the maintenance costs of vehicles.

The Planning Commission’s Vision 2020 document had projected a massive five-fold growth to the entire volume of road traffic in India by year 2020, which will be enabled by more than 70,000 km of NH and 5000 to 10000 km of four-lane (or rather more) expressways networking the metros. Besides, state highways and rural roads will see considerable improvement. The NHAI is currently engaged in the largest highway project in the country.

I-4 Humanitad, with its solid experience in the domain, has undertaken National Highway Development Projects (NHDP) to build roads with world class standards.

Project II: World Class Sports City

The proposed project is planned in a massive 107 acres of land in Kerala in a strategic location. The land can be further extended up to 200 plus acres in Phase II. The land has sea and backwater views with sufficient road and water transportation facilities. Moreover, it is physically and legally suitable for all types of construction activities.

The proposed project is a unique concept in terms of sports - to create a world class Sports City in Kerala, India. It is a city within itself with a world of sports, sports-related activities, entertainment and unique township.

Sports in India – Today’s Challenges

India is a country with passionate sports lovers. People of India have enormous knowledge, skill and experience in various sports. With the popularity of IPL, ISL and similar leagues in the trend, people in India have taken sports as a serious profession. However, to cater to the growing need of aspiring youngsters, we don’t have any quality infrastructure, right coaches and coaching facilities. We lack world class multi-sport academies and exclusive sporting centres to nurture the future Indian sport stars. Besides, there isn’t a single sports platform to bring all of India’s sports talents and national/international sports professionals under one roof.

 

The Scope of Sports City

Sport city will be a first of its kind in Asia and will be a prestigious project for India in the world of sports. Will have unique experience where they can get access to world class sports activities living within the city. This will create a unique sporting community where they can learn, acquire and live with sports. This world class facility will also help in heralding International sporting events to India.

 

Project III: Eco-Friendly Industrial Corridor, Kochi

Total Land Area: 1000 ACERS

This project is for implementing integrated and mutually complementary activities of various eco-friendly national and International projects in a single Hi-tech Eco-friendly Industrial township in Cochin. This project assures, huge employment opportunity and will be directly benefit thousands of IT talents and youngsters in India & Kerala.

Project details
The project is proposed across a total of 1000 acers and planned at a Strategic location in Kochi, Kerala. The project is divided in to 3 Zones and each Zone has different development activities & projects.

Zone-I:
Land Area: 300-400 Acers
The projects planned in Zone I includes, setting up of industrial & eco-friendly companies, which includes a world class Electronic park, ITES enabled companies, Robotic Research & Development centre, Alternative Energy based Industries, Alternative Enetgy based Automotive & Metro/ Mono rail units etc.

Zone II:
Land Area: 100-200 Acers
The Project planned in Zone II includes setting up an International Academic City. In the proposed Academic City, there will be 12 world class Universities from countries like Canada, USA, UK, Norway, Germany, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Israel, Singapore, New Zealand & Australia setting up their campus.

Zone III:
Land Area: 300-500 Acers
This part of the project will be spread across in 300 to 500 acres of land. This is dedicated for entertainment park where we introduce big global brands in Entertainment & Amusement Industry to set up their park. Once it is commissioned, this will be a huge boost for the tourism industry in the state & for the country. This will create job opportunities for thousands of talents from Kerala & India.
